Frequently asked questions

Does Wolvix Player come with channels?

No. It is a player, not a provider. It plays M3U playlists and Xtream accounts that you supply. We do not host, resell or index any channel or stream.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment, and the licence never expires. It includes 12 months of updates; after that the app keeps working and keeps every Pro feature you already had. Only versions released after your window need a renewal.

How many devices can I use it on?

Personal covers 2 devices, Family covers 5. You can move a licence between your own machines by deactivating one and activating another.

Do you track what I watch?

No. Your playlists, channel names, stream addresses and viewing activity never leave your computer. The app contacts us only to check your licence. See our privacy policy - it is written from the code, not from a template.

Can I try Pro before paying?

Yes - 15 days of every Pro feature, no card and no account. Start it from Help › Registration in the app.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email support at wolvix dot tv within 14 days and we will refund you. Tell us what went wrong - most things are fixable and we would rather fix them.

How do I pay?

Card or cryptocurrency. Prices are in euros, or US dollars if you are in the United States - you can switch currency on the pricing page.

I lost my licence key.
